Footwear Sizing Guide

If you are unsure which shoe size to purchase, please follow the following steps:

1.Draw a straight line, longer than your foot, on a piece of paper.

2.Place the paper on a flat surface. Stand on the line with your heel and longest toe centered on the line. If measuring a child's foot, it may be easier to hold the paper up to their foot.

3.Place a mark on the line at the tip of the longest toe and at the back of the heel.

4.Repeat steps 1-3 for the other foot.

5.Measure the distance between the marks. Taking the larger of the two measurements, use the conversion chart to find your correct shoe size.

Manufacturer's Limited Warranty

UGG® Australia footwear is warranted for one year against defective materials and workmanship. This does not extend to problems that arise from normal wear and tear. Slight dye transfer may occur with darker colored sheepskin during first few wears. Lighter colored sheepskin may pickup inks from clothing with which it comes in contact. This discoloration is not covered under the manufacturer's limited warranty.

Because sheepskin is a natural product, there may be some irregularities and variations in color and texture. These traits are characteristic of fine sheepskin and add to the beauty and character of the footwear. These characteristics may cause variations in the fit and wear of some sheepskin products. These irregularities and variations are not covered under the manufacturer's limited warranty.

UGG® Australia offers a manufacturer's limited warranty for products purchased from its authorized dealers. UGG® Australia does NOT offer a manufacturer's limited warranty for products purchased from anyone who is not an authorized dealer and it does NOT offer rebates or other special opportunities for products purchased from anyone who is not an authorized dealer.

eBay Sellers/On-Line Auctions and Trade Boards:

UGG® Australia does NOT authorize any of its dealers to sell on eBay, or any other on-line auctions or trade boards. UGG® Australia's agreements with its dealers prohibit sales on auction sites. How to use UGG® Australia Sheepskin Water and Stain Repellant

Please treat sheepskin and suede footwear with UGG® Water and Stain Repellent prior to wearing to avoid any initial staining. Please strictly follow the below instructions to avoid any damage during the water and stain repellent process.

1.Spray the sheepskin surface with UGG® Australia Sheepskin Water and Stain Repellant evenly until it appears wet, but not soaked.

2.Let the boots dry naturally for at least 24 hours. DO NOT dry in direct heat or sunlight.

3.Lightly brush in one direction with a very soft bristle suede/nubuck brush to raise the nap and natural tracking.

Please note that when properly used, UGG® Australia Water & Stain Repellent with a suede/nubuck brush will help to prevent, remove, and reduce stains and raise the nap and natural tracking of the material.

Like any fine garment, sheepskin is delicate and not all stains can be prevented or removed. With proper care and cleaning, you can expect your footwear to last longer, but we in no way guarantee that it will remove all stains nor prevent stains from occurring.

How to use UGG® Australia Sheepskin Cleaner and Conditioner

1.Hand wash only. DO NOT use a washing machine.

2.Moisten sheepskin footwear with clean, cold water.

3.Dilute Cleaner & Conditioner with equal proportions water and Cleaner and Conditioner. DO NOT APPLY CLEANER and CONDITIONER DIRECTLY ONTO SHEEPSKIN FOOTWEAR.

4.Apply a small amount of diluted Cleaner & Conditioner solution to a clean wet sponge. DO NOT apply Cleaner & Conditioner directly onto footwear.

5.Gently scrub to clean entire area. Sheepskin has a delicate surface, which can be damaged if scrubbed aggressively, or with an undiluted concentration.

6.Rinse clean in clean, cold water; lightly stuff with paper to hold shape; allow to dry naturally and slowly. DO NOT dry in direct heat or sunlight.

7.Once footwear is dry, lightly brush with a very soft suede/nubuck brush in one direction only.
